Throughout his career, James has held progressively responsible leadership roles across finance and technology. He served as a Corporate Accountant with SNF Management Company, Financial Analyst at Trinity Capital Investment, and Senior Accounts Receivable professional at Dell Technologies. He later advanced into technology leadership as a Senior Principal Information Systems Project Manager, leading complex enterprise initiatives and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business outcomes.

Currently serving as a Configuration Manager at Lockheed Martin, Quinton leads enterprise product data management and engineering change processes for advanced naval and defense programs. His expertise includes product lifecycle management (PLM), configuration control, engineering documentation, change review boards, bill of materials management, and cross-functional program coordination. He has played a key role in optimizing workflows, integrating engineering systems, supporting manufacturing and delivery schedules, and ensuring compliance with customer and contractual requirements.

Previously, as a Project Engineer Associate with Lockheed Martin, Quinton led multidisciplinary engineering teams responsible for developing technical data packages and integrating naval combat systems aboard U.S. Navy platforms. His work included system design reviews, engineering product development, technical documentation, customer engagement, and engineering change implementation.

With more than 10 years of experience as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Amazon, Gilbert has played a key role in the development of large-scale distributed systems, cloud-based applications, and high-performance software solutions. Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated expertise in software architecture, system optimization, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to innovative products that serve millions of customers worldwide.

Prior to his role at Amazon, Gilbert worked as a Software Developer at Metadata Technology, where he gained valuable experience in software design.
